COUNTER-NOTIFICATION

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district (or, if outside the United States, the judicial district in which the service provider may be found).
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY
